There’s an SNL skit from last year featuring some regular cast members alongside Gal Gadot where Kenan Thompson and Beck Bennett find themselves in a desert, stranded, and they start to see a mirage.
Similarly, Chase Winovich, defensive end for the Michigan Wolverines, recently made headlines by calling the Ohio State victory over Michigan this season a mirage.
Chase Winovich giving his own pitch to recruits here.
Calls the Ohio State game a "mirage," says Michigan is building "a powerhouse."

A mirage wherein Ohio State put up the most regulation points against Michigan in their history, Ohio State upset Michigan and kept them out of the College Football Playoff, Ohio State won its 7th straight matchup against Michigan, Dwayne Haskins threw for nearly 400 yards and solidified himself as a Heisman finalist, etc. Riiiiight. A mirage.
Ohio State football didn’t take long to respond to Winovich via Twitter:
Was it just a mirage? 🧐 pic.twitter.com/BqnwmOPTdl

Winovich might as well count this as another loss on his resume to the Buckeyes.
