(When you can’t be dramatic)
This look takes less than 10 seconds. I’m not joking. I used the same Makeup Revolution Marvellous Mattes palette that I did for the other look, so you can even share with your friends if you want to tackle both looks this year. All you have to do is take your index, middle, and ring fingers on each hand and drag the pigments down your face. Just make sure the colors are in the right order. This look is so easy that it can be manipulated into any size or shape. Vertical, horizontal, diagonal across the full face? That would be uh-MAZE-ing! It’s so easy and takes so little time that you could literally throw it on as you’re leaving for the parade.
(When you can’t be simple)
Love is the center of pride for me. That’s why a heart is in the middle of my face surrounded by a rainbow. Everyone has a different story and expression when it comes to pride so I encourage you to create your own! For this look, use a couple different eyeshadow brushes (I recommend at least three fluffy blending brushes) and you obviously need rainbow colors to complete it, but don’t worry about buying a billion different palettes just to find the right shades. Makeup Revolution’s Marvellous Mattes palette can be picked up at Ulta for an affordable $8 with every color you need. My lip is in the shade Saigon from Colourpop–pride is about being bold, right? I decided not to add glitter, but it is 100% welcomed! I’m not going to lie, this took about 2 hours to create. Put on a good movie or the album you’re most obsessed with right now and enjoy playing in the makeup!
