Earlier today, Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins announced that he’ll enter the 2019 NFL Draft.
Many Buckeye fans have already pondered whether Haskins would be staying, seeing as he’s likely to be considered the draft’s top quarterback prospect.
While Ohio State fans may be sad to see such a talented player go, it’s worth remembering that Ohio State landed Georgia transfer Justin Fields just last week and has Tate Martell waiting in the wings. Both are extremely talented, and whoever is picked as the starter will probably have great success under head coach Ryan Day’s tutelage.
Haskins finishes his Ohio State career with school and Big Ten records for passing yards and passing touchdowns in a single season.
