Celebrate Father’s Day in Columbus!

Father’s day is just around the corner (like, literally this Sunday) and if you are still trying to figure out what to do with the person who gave you half of your DNA, then get some inspiration from some of the awesome events happening in Columbus this weekend. I’m not saying you should thank me, but I’m always down to receiving some flowers in the mail. (then again, maybe save those for your dad lol)

Pride/Father’s Day Sunday Drag Brunch

Whether you are celebrating with your real dad or your #daddy for the weekend, some Brunch at UNION seems like the best way to start your morning celebrations and close out Pride weekend!

Free Admission for Dad’s and Grandpa’s at the Zoo

Get back into your childhood spirit by taking your dad to the zoo, and the kicker? Now that you’re of age, you’ll pay and HE gets in for free!

Father’s Day at J. Gilbert’s

Take him out to a nice lunch/dinner and treat him for all that he’s done with you.

Picnic out at Franklin Park

If you’re looking for a cheap, DIY option, make your dad his favorite treats, bring a speaker to play his favorite music, and enjoy some quality time with him at Franklin Park!

Go hiking in Yellow Springs

One of the best ways to connect with loved ones is to wake up extremely early, drive 50 minutes west of Columbus, and try not to fall on the rocks in Yellow Springs. Head on over there if you get your adventurous side from dear old dad!
