When I heard there was yet another ice cream shop coming to Columbus, I couldn’t imagine how it could possibly survive. So I took a deeper look into their website.
CRMD, a Cleveland-founded ice cream company, is coming to the Short North sometime this summer, according to their website.
After I searched around trying to figure out what CRMD stood for, (I didn’t understand it wasn’t an acronym until I stumbled across the ever so classy, “Are you ready to get CRMD?”) I saw the thing that made them unique: puffles.
My first thought was of course, those little balls of fluff you could only adopt in shades other than blue and red if you were a Member (the best financial decision my parents have ever made in their lives), but this puffle is different.
It looks to be a fluffy, cone-bowl that pairs well with a couple sugary ice-cold scoops.
Sounds like your next summer adventure is getting CRMD, Buckeyes!
In the meantime, enjoy these kickass Club Penguin Tweets I found because I spiraled into my own nostalgia.
