Scholarship platform Bold.org has an up-for-grabs grant for students looking to engage in on-campus journalism.
According to Bold.org, the donor, Denis Grosz, is a technology investor and entrepreneur, who “strongly believes that robust and accurate journalism is an essential component of a thriving democracy.”

While the news industry adapts with the times to modernize the way people share and consume information, the scholarship is looking for the same style of thinking from you.
All styles of project proposals are going to be considered – campus radio shows, news films, photo series, and more. Any undergraduate or graduate-level student is eligible to apply.
To be considered, submit your proposal that details the project idea and how you’d be using the funding by February 28. Be sure to include how the project is valuable to your student body. This is the time for current or aspiring journalists to give it all you’ve got!
