Maymester classes at The OSU

It may sound a bit rough at first right? One whole semester of classes crammed into only one month. Don’t be scared it actually isn’t as bad as it seems. I am in Philosophy class right now, the class is about philosophers opinions on their views in art.

The class is two and a half hours long which is a the down fall and we meet 4 times a week. No Wednesday classes,  with an exam every Friday.

What gets me through the class is a few things.

1. It is only a month and it is better than a semester.

2. The professor actually cares about their students.

3. With Maymester you just may get lucky and have your professor curve your grades which mine does.

4. All Maymester classes are free!

Taking a May session class in the summer is not something every student wants to do. But it may just be worth it to some and it sure beats a semester.
