The Buckeyes to wear alternate uniforms during the Michigan game.
For Penn State, we had a blackout. Yeah, there was some pushback from the fans, but it worked in epic fashion. Now as the Buckeyes prepare for the trip to Ann Arbor, it is time for a whiteout. On Nov. 28, Ohio State will wear their new alternate white jerseys, and thanks to Eleven Warriors, fans have a first look, but it is just the retail version.
The white jerseys are going to be paired with white pants that will have the same stripes as the jersey, and to top it off, the boys will be wearing the same helmet that they wore during the Penn State Game. It looks like the uniform department is going with the “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” school of thought for the helmets.
The whiteout theme may go along with the potential weather of the game since there is a high chance it may snow up in the horrible state of Michigan in two weeks.
But let’s be honest. It doesn’t matter if Ohio State wears black, gray, or white, and it doesn’t matter if there is snow or shine. Come Nov. 28, the Buckeyes will be singing Carmen Ohio on the big block M on the 50-yard-line.
